Stabilisation Structured Day Programme (SDP)

Who we are

The CRI Stabilisation Day Programme provides a range of interventions to meet the needs of individuals at the initial stages of their recovery from substance misuse. The service works in partnership with other treatment providers within the borough to contribute towards the Hammersmith & Fulham Drug Strategy and works closely with the Drug Intervention Programme (DIP) and Probation.

What we do

The 12 week Stabilisation Day Programme offers a wide range of treatment groups which help you explore your substance misuse issues (including stimulant and opiate specific groups) and identify what steps need to be taken to help you stop. To be suitable for the programme you must:

  • have a current/recent class A drug problem;
  • be 18 years or older and living in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham;
  • be involved with the criminal justice system (DIP/DRR);
  • be willing to engage with additional treatment services if required and;
  • live in stable accommodation

The number of groups you attend will be dependent on your needs and will be discussed at your assessment. In addition, you will receive regular one-to-one support during which your key worker will provide needs-led advice and information that will help you progress through the programme.

Next steps

Referrals are made via a key worker or Probation Officer if you are suitable for the programme. The team will make contact to arrange an appointment for an assessment to determine treatment needs and agree a personalised timetable identifying which groups will provide you with the help you require.

All assessments for the Stabilisation Day Programme are held at Uxbridge Road unless otherwise stated.
