NA is currently attending every month to work with the DRR group and is running an NA session in one of our evening slots.
The Eastbourne CJIT Team works with colleagues in local prisons, custody suites and the courts to ensure strong through-care for those service users who are leaving prison or those whose criminal behavior has led to involvement with the criminal justice system. CJIT are involved in the strategic management of Prolific and Priority Offenders and have actively contributed to the low offending rate in the Eastbourne, Wealdon and Lewes area.
Our priorities include providing volunteer placements and a peer mentor programme for former service users. We actively encourage service user feedback, involvement in Service design and delivery and participation on interview panels
